2. The data we collect
- Investment application data you submit through our application form, which is provided by our form service Typeform: your name, contact details, company information, pitch materials and any financial information you choose to share.
- Contact data you give us when you email us or ask about investment or partnership: your name, email address, company, role and the content of your message.
- Investor account data if you are invited to the investor portal: your name, email address, login credentials (passwords are stored only as salted hashes), access logs and the documents shared with you.
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps.
- Due diligence data where the law requires it for investors: identity and verification information needed for anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer checks.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with group companies where needed, with service providers who host, secure and support our systems under written data processing terms, with professional advisers such as lawyers and auditors, and with regulators, courts or law enforcement where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. When that happens we use safeguards recognised under UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact. We keep investor records for as long as the relationship lasts and then for up to 6 years, or longer where the law requires. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email management@ckholdingsgroup.com. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
8. Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit, access controls, hashed credentials and regular reviews of our providers. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the ICO of any breach where the law requires.

The investor portal is available only to people invited by CK Holdings Group Limited. Your login is personal to you. Do not share it, and tell us at once at management@ckholdingsgroup.com if you think someone else has used it.
2. Confidentiality
Everything in the portal, including reports, financial information, documents and portfolio updates, is confidential. You may use it only to evaluate or monitor your investment or relationship with the group, and you must not copy, forward or disclose it without our written consent, unless the law requires you to.
3. No advice
Portal materials are provided for information. They are not investment advice or a recommendation. Take your own independent advice before making any decision.
4. Monitoring and suspension
We log portal activity for security and compliance. We may suspend or end your access at any time, including if we suspect misuse or if your relationship with the group ends.
5. Governing law
These portal terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Security & Vulnerability Disclosure

We take the security of our website and investor portal seriously. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email management@ckholdingsgroup.com with the subject line "Security disclosure", a description of the issue, and the steps to reproduce it.
- Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before you disclose it publicly.
- Do not access, change or delete data that does not belong to you, and do not degrade our services.
- Do not use social engineering, phishing or physical attacks.
We will acknowledge your report within 5 working days and keep you updated on our progress. We will not take legal action against anyone who reports a vulnerability in good faith and follows this policy.
